Red Lobster Recipes
A Basic Lobster Recipe
Wash lobster thoroughly, add pepper and a little vinegar to a large pot of boiling water. Inserts the lobster head first into the boiling water. An average lobster weighs approx 2 pounds. This would need to cook 18 to 25 min, the shell will be red. Serve hot with melted butter. To chill, let the lobster meat chill in the water and dry, coat it with oil and refrigerate.
